STARSEER LEGAL POLICIES

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Starseer's Software and Hosted Services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Starseer, Inc. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the EULA.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the Software or Hosted Services to process, store, transmit, or generate content that:
- Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent;
- Is obscene, pornographic, or depicts sexual exploitation of minors;
- Constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Is intentionally false, deceptive, or misleading;
- Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or hate against individuals or groups; or
- Facilitates harassment, stalking, or unauthorized surveillance of individuals.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Software or Hosted Services to:
- Conduct spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks;
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code;
- Interfere with elections or distribute political disinformation;
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass AI safety controls, content filters, or guardrails of third-party systems without authorization from the owner or operator of such systems;
- Extract, scrape, or harvest data to train competing AI models; or
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
